Mileage Monday


Hai sahabat , kali ini postingan saya yang berjudul Mileage Monday, dan saya telah menyediakan informasi terkait dengan program diet. Semoga postingan yang saya tulis ini dapat bermanfaat.

Running stats for the week of September 3rd - September 9th... everyone's schedules have been a little off this week, plus the weather has been so dang hot so I was really bad about exercising. I did something to my left shoulder earlier in the week and could hardly move it... who knows what happened but it did start feeling better after a few days. Remi is once again not getting around well... we took him to the vet and received some bad news (more info on that in an upcoming post). I'm looking forward to the start of this week. Planning to start my runs back up and start adding in some strength work. Gotta get back into the swing of things.
