Running stats for the week of October 5th - October 11th... what an absolutely fabulous week weather wise around our neck of the woods! You just couldn't beat it and me and my boys took full advantage of it. I felt like I got some great work outs in this week. Between my runs, walks, and carrying a 12 pound baby around during our outings I felt pretty accomplished.
Monday, October 5th, 2015 - 2.35 mile run / 1.85 mile walk with Roarke & Remi / Stretch
Tuesday, October 6th, 2015 - REST DAY... my legs were very sore today!
Wednesday, October 7th, 2015 - 1.5 mile walk with Remi during Therapy Dog visits
Thursday, October 8th, 2015 - REST DAY!
Friday, October 9th, 2015 - 2.25 mile run / Stretch
Saturday, October 10th, 2015 - REST DAY!
Sunday, October 11th, 2015 - REST DAY!
Totals for the week : Ran 4.60 miles / Walked 3.35 miles
