Mileage Monday


Hai sahabat , kali ini postingan saya yang berjudul Mileage Monday, dan saya telah menyediakan informasi terkait dengan program diet. Semoga postingan yang saya tulis ini dapat bermanfaat.

Running stats for the week of March 21st - March 27th... This past week was a busy one. We have several things going on that I hope to update you on soon. We also had Dan's family visiting this past weekend and we were able to enjoy lots of memory making moments together. 

Between everything going on I was able to get some runs in, but unfortunately didn't do any type of strength training activities, which is what I really need to be focusing on to tone things up. However, I will take what I can get and try to do better in the weeks to come.


Monday, March 21st, 2016 - 1.87 mile walk with Remi

Tuesday, March 22nd, 2016 - REST DAY!

Wednesday, March 23rd, 2016 - 1.87 mile walk with Remi / 2.5 mile run / Stretch

Thursday, March 24th, 2016 - REST DAY!

Friday, March 25th, 2016 - .5 mile walk with family around neighborhood

Saturday, March 26th, 2016 - Walked around Children's Museum for 3 hours

Sunday, March 27th, 2016 - 1.87 mile walk with Remi and family / 3.1 mile run / Stretch

Totals for this week : Walked 6.11 miles / Ran 5.6 miles
