Running stats for the week of July 25th - July 31st... It was a good week! I did my farthest run by far in a long long time! Plus!!!! I have added bike riding to my workouts! WHAT FUN! And I have a tiny little human with me as my partner! So enjoying it!


Monday, July 25th, 2016 - Raked grass for 3 hours / 1 mile run / Stretch

Tuesday, July 26th, 2016 - 4.25 mile run / Stretch

Wednesday, July 27th, 2016 - REST DAY!

Thursday, July 28th, 2016 - REST DAY!

Friday, July 29th, 2016 - REST DAY!

Saturday, July 30th, 2016 - REST DAY!

Sunday, July 31st, 2016 - 2 mile bike ride with Roarke and Dan

Totals for the week : Ran 5.25 miles / Biked 2 miles
